Turntable Health

LGA was engaged by Turntable Health to provide architectural, interior design, and engineering services for their Downtown Wellness Center. The first member-based client for the Wellness Center was Zappos who had relocated into new offices in the emerging and revitalized Downtown Las Vegas.

The existing building is a combination eight story building with a one story wing with parking levels below and above and is owned by the Downtown Project. The space for the Downtown Wellness Center is approximately 7,800 s.f. The vision for the Downtown Project is to create a member-based, preventative-focused wellness center that will shift the delivery of healthcare.

The Wellness Center includes a community area/reception, exam rooms, consultation rooms, open staff work area, lab room, staff huddle room, staff kitchen/break, staff offices, storage areas, yoga/exercise studio, demonstration gym, demonstration kitchen/juice bar, and support areas.
