Downtown 57

Las Vegas, Nevada

The City of Las Vegas is experiencing a downtown renaissance. New development consisting of retail, restaurants, and entertainment venues are popping up throughout the area. One of the missing components to make downtown Las Vegas successful is housing. BDR Cascadia sees the need for downtown housing and has taken on this challenge through the creation of the Downtown 57 project. Through innovative Blockchain financing, the project is poised to change the urban skyline of downtown Las Vegas.

The project consists of two connected towers each containing a mix of retail, office space, and one and two bedroom apartments.  Parking is provided in a combination of underground and integrated structures.

Amenities include a grocery store, wellness center, co-working space, rooftop pools and decks, restaurant, and rooftop bar.

The exterior design is a refreshing reinterpretation of traditional Las Vegas architecture consisting of glass, concrete, stone, and metal panels. The project will soon become an important step toward to revitalization of downtown Las Vegas.
